WISA'S SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR AWARDS

RAVE REVIEWS FOR SOTY 2009!

Within just three years, the WISA Supplier of the Year Awards has become one of the stand-out events on the Australian wine industry calendar. It's a superbly organised, world-class event with attention to detail the hallmark. Australian wine industry suppliers are world leaders in innovation and technology, and it's obvious now that they know how to put on a good show too! Congratulations to all involved. WBM sponsors many industry and community events, but this is one we're particularly proud to put our name to.
- WBM editor Anthony Madigan

The WISA awards night was a great opportunity to celebrate the fantastic and essential work that so many people do to make the wine industry tick. It was also great to see familiar faces, but with a few less high-vis vests. It was truly amazing to see how well everyone scrubbed up on the night.
- In-Field Ag managing director Tom Ayers

In three short years, the WISA Supplier of the Year Awards has grown into a significant evening recognising the efforts of suppliers to the wine industry. Winning the DonaldsonWalsh Lawyers Export Award made the night on the July 31, 2009 even more special, and is due recognition of the work and commitment of everyone at Tarac - an accolade we are all very proud of.
- Tarac Technologies chief executive officer Chris Zajac

I just wanted to drop a quick note to you to congratulate you on the success of the event on Friday night. Again, it was a very professionally executed event.
- JMP Holdings regional sales manager Matthew Moate

IWTECH (KISSS Irrigation)

Continuous R & D: 10 years of research & development with the Australian Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), the University of Western Sydney, the University of Queensland and Charles Sturt University to conduct research into the natural capillary properties of soil.

Capillary irrigation: IWT now designs and manufactures several water-saving irrigation products based on this capillary irrigation concept.

Sub-surface KISSS irrigation uses up to 60 per cent less water than conventional irrigation systems. The unique sub surface design means moisture never reaches the surface which reduces weed propagation and the need for chemical application.
