WISA is committed to assisting its members in generating new business in overseas markets. For many years Australian suppliers have been supplying grapegrowing and winemaking products to the Australian winemaking industry. Recently, overseas winemaking industries recognizing that, like the Australian winemaking industry, the Australian supply industry sets a global benchmark in quality, innovative, cost-competitive products.

As more and more overseas wine producers work towards emulating the success of the Australian wine industry, the demand for innovative, quality Australian supplies and service is growing.

WISA undertakes a number of activities to assist its members in establishing and growing their businesses in overseas markets by:

• alerting its members of new export opportunities
• formalising links with overseas exhibitions providing preferential access and discounted exhibition rates for WISA members
• organising 'shared' booths for Australian suppliers at overseas tradeshows
• organising networking mixers and dinners during expositions
• co-ordinating trade missions for Australian suppliers in emerging export markets
• providing direct links and contact details of Austrade representatives for all the major wine producing countries.
• providing up to date news on overseas winemaking industries, exporting and other related links.
