WISA appoints new executive officer
Wine Industry Suppliers Australia Inc (WISA) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new full-time Executive Officer, Sylvie Clarke.
Having worked with a wine industry supplier in the past, Sylvie brings to the role an understanding of the issues facing our members, together with strong customer relations, administration and financial management skills. Sylvie’s fluency in French and Spanish will assist WISA in extending and strengthening our already good relationships with international bodies and will be of great assistance to members involved in importing and exporting.
Sylvie’s broad experience in different areas matches closely with the many and varied demands that the Executive Officer role presents and Sylvie’s professional approach ensures that she will be an effective and credible “face” for WISA, allowing us to build on and extend our profile in the wine industry.
George Willcox, who has assisted WISA enormously by acting in the Executive Officer’s role during the recruitment process, has served WISA very effectively during the last few months and we thank him most sincerely for his dedication and hard work.
