Wine Industry Suppliers Australia Inc - Rules of Association (Updated Dec 2019)
Wine Industry Suppliers Australia Inc (WISA) is the national not for profit, independent and incorporated Association representing the supply sector of the Australian grape and wine industry. The association is governed by the Rules of Association last updated by a special resolution at the Annual General Meeting in December 2019.
The WISA management board and staff encourage prospective and existing members to familiarise themselves with the rules of the Association.
