Lallemand Inc. is a privately held Canadian company, founded at the end of the 19th century, specialising in the development, production, and marketing of yeasts and bacteria.
The Lallemand range of oenology products is most widely known under the LALVIN, UVAFERM and ENOFERM brand names. Lallemand Australia Pty Ltd; provides applied fermentation technical support to winemakers and our distribution network throughout Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
