Patrick Iland Wine Promotions is a small family business specialising in writing and publishing educational and technical books for students undertaking vine and wine studies, for people involved in viticulture, winemaking and laboratory analysis and for people who enjoy drinking wine and would like to know a little more.
The books are written by Dr Patrick Iland OAM, a former lecturer in chemistry and viticulture at Roseworthy Agricultural College and the University of Adelaide, Australia, other viticulture and wine science lecturers and wine industry personnel, providing for a good mix of theory and practical information.
