About Us
Representing the cooperages Doreau and Vernou. Based in the french region of Cognac, we’ve been making barrels since 1989 and integrated 2 staves mills in order to control every stage of production. We also have a big format cooperage, where we produce oval and round casks along with tanks.
Also representing Oenotan (oak tannin extracts) from Cognac, France.
Distributing yeasts and yeast derivatives from one of the world leaders in yeast manufacturing, Fermentis by Lesaffre.
